Victims of Super Express bus that crashed in a ditch in Bukit Gantang here on Monday 13th Aug 2007. The bus was operating without a permit on the route. The driver had an arrest warrant for traffic offence.
Who is to be blamed?

1) the bus driver for not keeping the safety of the people he is responsible for when driving.

2)The bus company for misuse permit and abuse of employees.

3)Indirectly the responsible ministry, for not doing enough for the safety in transportation industry

4) Majority of Malaysians for their driving attitude (or lack of consideration)
