Merdeka Fireworks













Beautiful? it could have been better if not for the worst traffic congestion ever for the administrative capital that had limited access and exit. The traffic congestion started at Puchong 14 and heavy traffic until Putrajaya. The 5-10 km/p & stand still crawl started in front of wetland park. There are no other option or exit but to crawl until the 3 KM round about and exist the other side of the road and i am sure that will take hours. I pull over at rhe road side as how some did. From there we could only see the dome of the PM's residence, hoping to see something. There was a huge traffic congestion and all around Putrajaya hardly car can more. People are waiting for more then 3 hours there.
As the fireworks started at midnight we can hardly see the full view .. it was only the tip. After 10 mins many stated to leave out of disappointment. There were some fireworks that came high enough for all of us to see. I pity the one who were waiting at the lower ground along the highway.
Since it was too far & I had to use my 200mm zoom.....the results were not good specially i was not using the remote control.
When it was over i waited 30mins and left the location..... The 30mins was not enough, 1 Km from were I parked my car another congestion started. i took almost 1 hour to make the circle at the roundabout and to the other side of the road ..... the worst Merdeka .....
