It felt just like in Vietnam ....lots of motorcycle, people relaxing at park, no helmets :) Wedding ..... Hindu style? The Hotel ......at the banks of Mekong river One thing I respect here is (and In Vietnam) I rarely see a beggar and everyone do something to earn some money for living
