Infant thrown into garbage bin

KUALA LUMPUR: A healthy three-month-old baby girl was thrown into a garbage bin near the Jelatek LRT station here following an argument between a couple. The baby was rescued by a security guard.
Ampang Jaya police chief ACP Jalil Hassan said that the guard witnessed an argument between a man and woman in a car yesterday.
“The man then took an object from the boot and threw it into the bin,” he said.
ACP Jalil said police were tracking down the couple, based on the car’s registration. — Bernama
