I guess the same was with MAS which was about to employ a foreigner to run the show and has a foreigner as an consultant. What happened to a Malaysian Pride?

When a Malaysian can make AirAsia profitable in a very short time and can operate domestic flights with profit that MAS could not do, why not MAS operate itself with a Malaysian? This proves Malaysians can do it, what it needs is to be able to accept any capable person into the organization.
