Zaid urges PM to repeal ISA in open letter By SHAILA KOSHY KUALA LUMPUR: The continued arbitrary use of the Internal Security Act (ISA) in the face of public sentiment gives the impression that the Government is oppressive, and the ISA an instrument of oppression. “Its continued use does not bode well for a society that is struggling to find its place in the global arena.
